What is an End-Point Assessment?

An End-Point Assessment (EPA) is the final stage of an apprenticeship in England. It is an independent assessment that evaluates whether an apprentice has gained the knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard. It ensures that the apprentice is fully competent in their role and meets industry expectations.
